1. General

1.1. Promotional offers (e.g., Boosted Odds, Bet of the Day, Bonuses, Enhanced Odds, and Specials) are communicated to eligible customers via email/SMS or displayed in their accounts.

1.2. To receive promotional offers, ensure your account settings allow email and SMS communications from UnionBet. Only the designated recipient of a promotional offer can redeem that offer.

1.3. Promotional offers are time-limited, with a clearly specified validity period. Once expired, the offer is no longer available. Customers are responsible for checking and accepting offers within the validity period.

1.4. All UnionBet offers, bonuses, and promotions are intended for recreational players. UnionBet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or limit eligibility for any promotion.

1.4.1 If a player attempts to clear any form of casino bonus while real money is locked in an ongoing or unsettled sports bet, this may be considered an exploitation/breach of the promotion in our terms and conditions. UnionBet reserves the right to withhold/confiscate winnings in the event of a breach of these terms.

1.5. UnionBet may exclude any customer from receiving future promotional offers without prior notice or explanation.

1.6. UnionBet reserves the right to remove, cancel, or void promotional offers and associated winnings if fraudulent activity is detected.

1.7. Cashed out or voided bets do not qualify for promotions unless otherwise stated.

1.8. Customers are allowed only one account with UnionBet. All offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, email, telephone number, or payment method. Accounts on shared computers (e.g., libraries, workplaces) are also limited to one. UnionBet reserves the right to withdraw any or all offers from any customer or group of customers at its discretion.

1.9. UnionBet reserves the right to revoke or cancel bonuses obtained through system misuse.

1.10. Where the terms of an offer or promotion are breached, or there is evidence of a series of bets (by an individual or group) guaranteeing profits regardless of outcome, UnionBet reserves the right to:

2. Sports Welcome Offer

2.1. The Sports Welcome Offer consists of either a €50 or €100 Free Bet.

2.1.1. To qualify, you must deposit at least €50. Deposits of €100 or more qualify for a €100 Free Bet.

2.2. The minimum required odds for Free Bet placement are 1.80. Any unused Free Bets expire seven (7) days after being credited unless otherwise stated.

2.3 The Free Bet must be used in one go by activating the “Free Bet” toggle in the bet slip.

2.4. There are no wagering requirements on Free Bets. Net winnings from Free Bets are credited as cash.

2.5. There is no cap on Free Bet winnings. However, before any withdrawal, you must wager your deposit amount once (1x) in Sports or Casino.

2.6. Free Bets cannot be cashed out.

2.7. Free Bets placed on voided bets will not be paid out, and the Free Bet will not be reinstated.

2.8. UnionBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time.

3. Free Bets

3.1. Free Bets cannot be split or divided and must be used in a single transaction unless stated otherwise.

3.2. Returns from Free Bets are paid excluding the stake.

Example: A €10 Free Bet placed at odds of 5.00 results in winnings of €40 (€50 total return minus €10 stake).

3.3. Any unused Free Bets expire seven (7) days after being credited unless otherwise stated.

3.4. Free Bets are non-withdrawable and cannot be cashed out.

3.5. Free Bets placed on voided bets will not be paid out, and the Free Bet will not be reinstated.

3.6. UnionBet reserves the right to exclude, cancel, or remove Free Bets and associated winnings from accounts involved in misuse or fraud.

4. Sports Bonus Bet

4.1. Sports Bonus Bet Money can be used on predefined sports, categories, championships, or events specified in the My Account → Bonus or Bet History → Bonus section.

4.2. Sports Bonus Bet Money can be used fully or partially unless stated otherwise.

4.3. Sports Bonus Bet Money must be wagered within 30 days unless stated otherwise in the campaign.

4.4. Wagering requirements and minimum odds vary between promotions. Full details can be found in your account.

4.5. Bonus Bet balance cannot be used on Boosted Odds or Draw No Bet markets.

4.6. Cash Out is available with Bonus Bets on certain sports and leagues; however, cashed out bets do not contribute toward wagering requirements. In case of a voided bet, the Bonus Bet Money will be returned to your account.

4.7. UnionBet reserves the right to exclude, cancel, or remove Bonus Bets and associated winnings if terms are breached or misuse is detected.

5. Betslip Boost

5.1. A Betslip Boost allows customers to place a bet with real money and receive a percentage (%) boost on potential winnings. The maximum extra winnings vary by promotion.

5.2. If the bet wins, the extra winnings are credited as part of the normal payout. The percentage boost applies to net winnings only (stake excluded).

5.3. Qualifying bets must be placed on predefined sports, categories, championships, or events as stated in the promotion. The Betslip Boost must be activated using the “Winnings Boost” toggle in the bet slip.

5.4. The qualifying bet must be placed using real money. Bonus Bets do not qualify.

5.5. The Betslip Boost cannot be used on Boosted Odds or other promotional odds.

5.6. Cashed out bets will not qualify for extra winnings.

5.7. UnionBet reserves the right to exclude, cancel, or remove Betslip Boosts and associated winnings in cases of misuse or breach of terms.
